MERRY CHRISTMAS 2012 AND HAPPY NEW YEAR!!

And so I'll greet you all in advance a HAPPY MERRY CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR! Though I have a tough year this 2012, I still consider it as another blessfull year. I had so many experience (good and bad) and learn so many things about them. I hope and pray that next year will be another blessfull year. More blessfull than this past few years.I wish I can find a permanent Job next year. And you too. I hope you'll have a blessfull year next year!

Don't forget that the reason why we have
Christmas was because of Jesus Christ birth.

Thats right! People always forget about this. And I think Toshinou Kyouko should remain you all that the reason why we have Christmas was because of Jesus Christ. To commemorate the birth of our savior.

Hahaha! This is cute.

Well, be careful when your going to light up fireworks. Its better to watch them than light them. I hope we can have a very happy and blessfull new year!!

For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.

PuiPui!

Okay!! Another light novel review. Wah, seems like I'm beginning to like light novels nowadays. This is a short review of a series entitle PuiPui!(ぷいぷい!).

PuiPui! was originally a light novel written by Midori Natsu and illustrated by Namori (Yuru Yuri creator). It was adapted as a manga last 2007. The story revolve around a first year highschool student name Araki Jin whose parents are archaeologist. While checking his parents package that was sent for him, he found a mysterious lamp. As he polished the lamp, smoked appears in nowhere and Zadou Sierra the academy's idol suddenly appear right in front of him wearing a maid suite. After appearing, her father arrives and explain that Sierra is a descendant of a lamp genie and she must grant her master's wishes to make her power stronger and to continue living her normal life as an Ojou-sama.

I got to know Puipui while browsing Namori-sensei profile. I think, Puipui was her first job and she was doing it while she was still studying in a university college. You can check it out at the last page of the Puipui first volume of the manga. Reading the 5 chapter of the volume 1 of the manga seems kinda boring since it cover the introduction of the story. But when you finished volume 1 and the 2 chapter of volume 2, you will go fond of it and ask for more. Well, the sad thing is, the translated English light novel and manga here in the internet ends on chapter 2 volume 2 and no body continue it. Arrghh.. I was really frustrated about it. It seems like I also need to buy a copy of it just like what I'm gonna do at Kokoro Connect.

But do you know that, Namori was not only the reason why I got interested on it. Well, to tell you the truth, the two main characters remained me of my two favorite pair in Namori's Yuru Yuri, Toshinou Kyouko and Sugiura Ayano. Hahaha! Sorry for comparing the artwork, but I just can't help it.Another thing is, when I first saw Namori's guy drawing, I thought to myself, "What a pretty guy. Hahahaha! Now I know why she's stuck on Yuri.".But after finishing the 2 chapter of the volume 2 of PuiPui, it seems that, I want to see her draw more guys.

Well, I still hope that someone will continue the English translated manga or novel of the series.

At the end of the day,
the best thing to
hold on to is
GOD.

REVIEW: Yuru Yuri (Anime)

I was thinking of not making a review of this one, but all of my other site has a 50% post about it. So, I have no other choice but to make a review of it. Okay then, here's another anime review from me and its about my favorite past time anime, Yuru Yuri!!

Yuru Yuri is originally a manga made by Namori. It was serialized in Comic Yuri Hime S from June 12, 2008 then they move it to Comic Yuri Hime on September 2010. Dogakobo begun adapting it into an anime last July 2011.

Yuru Yuri is about an everyday life of a schoolgirl in a fictitious Nanamori Middle school. Akari Akaza joins the Amusement Club that is compose by her two childhood friends, Kyoko Toshino and Yui Funami. Chinatsu Yoshikawa, Akari's classmate also join the club after finding out that the Tea Club has been disband. The Amusement Club is resided at the tea room facility since the Tea Club break up. The club has no clear purpose, just being free to do whatever they want to do.

I watch the first season of Yuru Yuri just before the second season release. I was just like a laughing donkey everytime I watch some of its episode. My mother always scream at me and tell me to shut up because she was sleeping. Yeah, I watch anime every night so that no one will disturb me and that also goes for them. But I think I do disturb them. Hahahaha!

Well, I really love this kind of anime. Anime that will make you happy and laugh everytime you watch it. In fact, I watch it 4 times. Hahaha!

Well my favorite characters was Kyoko Toshino and Akari Akaza followed by Ayano Sugiura and Chitose Ikeda then the others.. Well, yeah, I love all of them for short but Kyoko and Akari was my top 2 since they're the source of all jokes.

I'm also a fan of Kyoko and Ayano pairing. I find them cute and funny. Funny because of Chitose. Hahaha! And also, they remains me of the two main characters of "PuiPui!". A light novel illustrated by Namori. I'll do some little review of it after this.

Another thing that I love about this anime was their music, their opening, ending and character songs were so awesome lovely that you wanna dance every-time you hear it.

Yuru Yuri in short is a slice of life with an awesome comedy story of Yuri's. Yes Yuri's. As you can see in the title... Yuri means, Girl's Love. You can search it over the internet for more information.

I myself enjoy this kind of anime since its just an anime. But when you put it in the real world, those kind of scenes are not really funny and enjoying.

As much as possible I don't wanna hurt somebody. So I will be very careful to the words that I will drop. I'm not gonna use some bible verse or anything. I'll just tell what I need to tell. You might hate me, but I need to do this so, sorry..

There are only two kinds of people here on earth, male and female. Someone who's experiencing some... umm.. Let say, a third party, it really needs help. Though internationally, right now, third sex was beginning to be accepted. But in any angle you see it, their still something wrong. For me, those people are loss and they need a great understanding. They need people who will understand them, accept them and slowly, bring them up to the right path. If no one will do that, they will continue hurting their self by living in a lie until they die.

Parents have a big role here, specially Fathers. For example, in one of the episode here in Yuru Yuri, Kyoko ask her three friends whats the most scariest thing to them, Chinatsu-san answer was her father. Well, I encounter this kind of reason many times in an anime. And anime contains stories from the true story.

Another thing is about the meaning of "Love". Well, since this is one of the biggest root of all the problems here on earth. Nowadays, when you say "I love you" or "I love her/him" to someone, it only means one thing and it seems lust was always their. That meaning is wrong. Love has different kinds of meanings and form. A love for a friend, a love your special someone, a love for your family, a love for God and etc. It doesn't revolve in just one meaning. Well, I really don't know why did I add this, but I think its relevant.

And also, don't misinterpret two people being in love with each other specially girls. Girls are born sweet and soft disregarding of genders but, they are also picky. Its kinda irritating when those things happen. Well, it happens to me a lot. hehehe.. And its really pissing me off..

Maybe your asking me where do I get this stuff. To tell you the truth, I got those kind of issues when I'm still a child until highschool. I consider myself as a real life Makoto Kikuchi (Idolm@ster). But right now, I'm happy, healthy, and real woman. Also, I have those kind of highschool friends and it really saddens us (Yes, not only me but also my other friends) to what they are doing in their life. Still, I respect their choice and make sure to make them feel that I'm still right by their side. And hopefully, put them to the right path. .

Though I really really love this series, I don't recommend this to everyone who's under 16 years old, to very sensitive people and to some people that doesn't like and hate Yuri anime's. I think your wondering why I watch this? Well, I don't really mind the Yuri thing in this anime, the important thing is the comedy content. This anime makes me forget some unwanted events in my life even for just for a little while.Watching this series needs you a greater understanding.

Kokoro Connect

Hi everyone! This article is about a well known anime, manga and light novel today, known as Kokoro Connect (ココロコネクト). You can consider it as my first impression of this series, though I didn't consider it to myself. Okay, lets get going!

Kokoro Connect was about five members of school cultural club who ended up switching bodies in an unknown reason. I first encounter Kokoro Connect while browsing some information about Yukiko Horiguchi also known as Shiromizakana.( I was one of her fan that's why.) Kokoro Connect was originally a light novel, then they adapted it as a manga. After realizing that it has a manga, I begun looking for it on the net and start reading some of the chapter.  Its a little sad since the manga has only 2 chapter uploaded online. One day, while browsing some article at Anime News Network, I came across this awesome news. Its about the anime adaptation of this the series. I was really happy by after reading it.

While looking at the characters, do you remember something? Well, as you can see, the original character designer of the Kokoro Connect was none other than Yukiko Horiguchi who also design some anime character in a well known company known as Kyoto Animation. The anime that she did the illustration were Lucky Star and K-On!. Now, do you realize something?

Upon releasing the light novel, people who've seen it thought and made some humor that it was K-On! clone. As the manga release, up until now as the anime already been broadcasting, the humor become stronger. They concluded it like this.

Oww..

They have a point though. Maybe she did it on purpose? Or maybe it was only a coincidence since the time the novel was on the making, K-On! was also on the run and reigning. Well, you can't blame her, as a fan you can't stop being inspired at things that you really love. As you can see most of the staff in K-On!, the director, animator, musicians, seiyuu (voice actress/actor) and etc., were all fans of this anime. They gave all of their loving, sweat and blood in making this anime successful. If you know what an artist mind run, maybe you will understand me. Since Kokoro Connect was about switching personality development, (Yeah, I edit this, I find it to be like that.) I think it will really fit the theme if she design something like this.

You can compare the character design of the two but don't be fool of the moeness content. Kokoro Connect is way too different than K-On! It is more serious, has more heavy drama with a little tragic content and has romantic thing in the series. Though they have the same impact (The impact of wanting more.) but, in a different way. I must say that, Sadanatsu Anda the writer of Kokoro Connect was really amazing. Good JOB! Sadanatsu-san.

Sweet.~♥

I was really wondering why KyoAni did not adapt this novel. I think if they did, for sure, they will reign again. Too bad Silver Link got it. Maybe next time KyoAni. Well, I'm still watching it. When the series end, I'll be reviewing it just like the other anime review that I made. Well, hopefully. Until next time then. God Bless!

REVIEW: THE iDOLM@STER (Anime)

Its been a long time since I made an anime review. Well, I've been busy for this past few days. I mean, busy lazying out. Hahaha! Well then, lets start the review shall we.

iDOLM@STER was originally a arcade game by Namco wherein the player plays as the producer. He or she will then need to work with a selection of idol's and make them a successful Japanese idol's.

To tell you the truth at first, I really don't like to watch this anime because of a funny reason, the 'idol' word on it. In show business world, I don't really pay much attention to those so called "idols","actress" or "actor". I only pay attention to "singers", "band", "artist/animators", "composers", "director/producer", "voice actress/actor" and "musicians". Well, its not that I don't like them, I just don't like that word, until now. But my friend keep telling me to watch it and so I did.

I never thought that I will watch iDOLM@STER two times. I first watch it on the internet, then the second time, I download it and watch it on my PC. Now, I was also addicted to their songs! And because of them, I want to buy a PS3. Well, hopefully if I could find a new job. Please pray for me everyone. Onegai! Thank you in advance!

Before you watch The iDOLM@STER anime, I suggest that you read some of the info of each characters so that, you will fully understand the whole story. Here's a good website for your reference:  (http://www.project-imas.com/w/Main_Page). If you have more knowledge about iDOLM@STER and willing to add that knowledge in their website, feel free to contact them. I think they're looking for more people to help them on their website.

Well lets go back to the review shall we. The iDOLM@STER teach us the life of a person who's living in a show-business  world. Every characters has a different reason why they want to be an Idol. For example, Chihaya, she really don't want to be an idol but, in this kind of work, she has an opportunity to sing. Another example is Makoto, she want to become an idol because she want to become more feminine and everyone specially guys could see her a true girl.

I love all the characters in iDOLM@STER. Each of them has a unique personalities and stories. But theirs this character that got stuck in my heart or should a say, she just strike my heart into pieces. And this is Haruka.

Haruka, I understand you very well.

WARNING!! SPOILER ALERT!!
The iDOLM@STER episode 24 was the strongest episode in the whole series for me. It will pierce right in through your heart, so don't forget to keep some tissue beside you while watching it. The story was about Haruka. It illustrate how Haruka treasure their friendship. Well you can really see it since episode 1 to end that she's the bridge of their friendship.

The story goes like this. The 765 Pro will have their 2nd live event, but all of them were too busy to practice together. Haruka tried so hard to bring all of them together. But in the end, they can't make it because of their busy schedules.

Because of the accident happen to producer, the stress in the audition and specially the desire of wanting and hoping to see everyone together again, Haruka suddenly broke out and went on hiatus.

While Haruka was on hiatus, Chihaya make a move and ask Ritsuko to arrange their schedule so that they can meet each other and have a talk about Haruka.

After reflecting herself and seeing all of her co-star idols. Haruka decided to come back at the 765 Pro office and meet up with everyone.

Huwa... I really can't consentrate because I'm crying while making the spoiler so, sorry for a poor story. Well, seriously, in this episode, it makes me like Haruka more and Miki too. hehehe.. Oh yeah, Miki is my number one favorite character in the series by the way because, we have the same hobby. Lazing around. Hohohoho...

One of the most epic quote in iDOLM@STER:
Haruka:
"(It was like a dream) Was it a dream, those days of happiness? Just where? (Time keeps quickly passes by, while leaving me behind by myself.) What should I do?! Just what should I?! I don't- know. I just don't know! (I have to do my best... I have to do my best... right?) No matter how cold, will I face my dream again? Yes, I trusted in it. Time quickly passes... while leaving me behind by myself. Just what... should I do? Just what.... should... I?... I don't know. I just don't know..."

Did this quote ever pop up in your mind? Even if its not exactly the same words but the same in meaning? Even if you haven't watch iDOLM@STER yet? Me? It did..

I think most of us have a Haruka inside us. The desire to change and the desire to prevent any changes at all. I know in life, change's is very important. We change everyday not knowing it and we must accept that. But I believe that theirs something, in some circumstances that we are the same just like before. We just level up that's all.

Miki, you make me so proud here.
Miki:
"It felt like I would get lost. Miki had fun with idol work, because I could shine and get excited. That's why I only kept looking forward and kept running, but then I realized. If I kept going like this, I might lose sight of where I am. Wherever I go, I can have a place where I can say "I'm back", because there are people there smiling to me. It's because the people there smile."

Another scene that I really love was when Miki arrive to see the other idols. In this scene, it explains how Miki and everyone else treasure each other. Well, as you know, Miki is the ultimate idol in iDOLM@STER. She's lazy but when she finds her inspiration or being awaken (just like in the game), she is extremely powerful girl, strong-wiled and hardworking. She will advance forward without looking back (the wiki said so and that is in my understanding). But as you can see, Miki also has something to her co-star idols. Miki's saying is simple yet deep. It means, she see's her group as a family, a home where she can go back anytime whenever she feel tired.

Changing and advancing forward is important in our life. But when we get tired and lost, isn't it good if we just take a little break in a place where we can feel the love, happiness and caring of someone. A place where we called 'home'.

One of my favorite song in iDOLM@STER, though I don't like the guy singing in the background.

"And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds. Let us not give up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but let us encourage one another--and all the more as you see the Day approaching."
Hebrews 10:24-25

My sweet Mugi-chan

Last, last Sunday, I went to a store to buy my very own.. Tsumugi Kotobuki Nendoroid! Yay!

Lets look at her box.
Front

Back

Now, let us look at my Mugi-chan.

As you can see, this face of hers has no eyebrows. You'll need to put the pair of eyebrow stickers on her if you want her to have an eyebrows.

Lets have some tea..

Takuan!

Mugi-chan was one of a reason why I got a work this past few days.

This toys are not just a simple want of mine. They somehow help me relieve my stress. But still, God is my number one stress reliever, my savior and my best friend. Again, thank you Lord for giving me this blessing.

REVIEW: Moshidora (Anime)

This is an old anime but, I want to give it a little review about it because of the awesomeness content of the anime. So, lets get started.

What if a management of Highschool baseball team read Duckers management book? What will happen then? Moshidora is an anime about managing a Baseball team by using a management book by Peter Duckers.  Moshidora objective is to teach people the essence of management but the main objective of this anime is to show us and encourage us to full fill our dream and to move on.
What I like about in this anime is the warm, heart breaking and move on setting that it gives. The character were so normal, no tsundere, no yandere, no abnormal ones. I love how Yoko Hikasa and Kana Hanazawa act on their characters which is the two main lead of the series, Kawashima Minami and Miyata Yuuki. Another thing was the opening and ending theme of the anime. The song is really fit to the series.

Yume note ( Dream Note) by Azusa

Daisuki da yo ( Oh how I love you ) by Momo

One of the most unforgettable scene in the anime was the two ending episodes. This really makes me cry to the end. Luckily, my family and friends is not around, hahaha! This anime makes me remember those days that makes my heart breaks and adding those two songs makes it more memorable and meaningful. Well, there are times in our life that we need to let go and move on and its one of the hardest thing that could ever come up in our life. But even though it happens, theirs one thing that will still remain, and its those precious memories that you made and it will forever keep in you heart. So, don't be sad, and don't be mad, even thought its hurting you so much, one day you will get over it and realize that the most precious gift that you own in this earth is those memory.

This anime genre is slice-of-life, drama and sport. If I give it a rate of 1 to 10, I'll rate it 9. I love this kind of anime, I recommend it to all ages.

Aki Toyosaki's "Hey Jude" and the absurd bashing of Haters

I was thinking if I would do some blog and comment about this issue this past few days. I'm not that interest in it but in the end, I think I'll do it since its a very controversial issue about one of the most famous voice actress and singer in the anime world, Aki Toyosaki.

Aki Toyosaki was one of the promising and talented voice actress in this generation. She was very known for her role of Yui Hirasawa from the anime, "K-On!". She was also affiliated in a seiyuu group known as "Sphere" and a seiyuu band known as "Ho-kago Tea Time (HTT)". And because she was a singer in Japan, she held random concert and live performance with or without her group,"Sphere". Her group was one of the famous group known in Japan.
She said that she really loves oldies music, that's why in her radio show, they play old songs like "The Beatles" and many more. So, in her solo concert she decided to play an oldies song entitled, "Hey Jude". Here's the video.

This video was posted in youtube a days ago and a thousand of viewers really hate it. They put up negative comments, telling her that her voice and English sucks. Did you ever realize how hard it is to Japanese people to speak in English or in other language(Well, I think except for Korean and Chinese). But if you ask me, I like it, its a very good cover coming from a Japanese girl, playing those difficult guitar chords. Well, yeah I'm one of her fan but I'm not being bias. Yes her English was not that good and her voice was not that fit to the song but hey, that's not really the worse cover. I've seen and heard more people doing it that gives me a face palm expression but this girl just did a good job and then, she receive those kind of bashing? Well, I think that's one of downside of being famous.

Most of the Otaku people in Japan used to portrait and imagine the seiyuu's to be very alike to their anime characters. Well, they said, that's because it is their job, the companies order and their agency. Once you did some activity that the people (specially the creepy once.) don't want, prepare yourself for the worse.

One of the most intriguing and scandalous seiyuu who receive ultimate bashing or bullying from her haters was none other than Aya Hirano. She continue to fight her rights and freedom by also bashing them. The worse thing to that was her not so supportive agency. Theirs also a time that she was nearly banned in the seiyuu world. But thanks to her new agency and her new dream, she's now back to work.

Toyosaki-san HTT group.
After having a big success of the anime K-On!. The gossip and criticism begun to wrap the group. From doujinshi manga made by Sato Satomi, up to their love life. I think, this is another reason why Toyosaki-sans Ex-fans are bashing her.

Well, I don't know where is this post going but theirs one thing that I really, really want to tell you all. Everyone, Aki Toyosaki is a Japanese human being. She is born and live as a Japanese women.Created to eat, to drink, to help others, to choose what she believe in, to have dream of her own and to have a wonderful love life to with her other half.

One thing that they can not give a negative comment is her skills in the guitar. Yeah, I agree, her guitar skill is growing more and more. Maybe one day, she can compose her own song.

REVIEW: Kill me Baby (Baby, Please Kill me)

Its been a month since I haven't post anything. Sorry about that, I've been busy and kinda lazy for awhile but today, I'll give you a quick review of one of my favorite new anime, "Kill me Baby (Baby, Please Kill me)".

Err.. Lets just declare that Sonya-chans gun is a Toy.. ^^

Kill me Baby is a story of two friends, Sonya the one who works as an assassin and Yasuna an airhead girl who always follow Sonya around. Together, will they find the true meaning of friendship? LOL XD

Kill me Baby is an anime full of gag and humorous thing about friendship. The thing that this anime got me is its unique title, "Kill me Baby", why did the creator entitle it like that? As I watch the opening and ending PV of the anime, and repeat the "Kill me Baby" thing in my head was then I realized why did the creator entitle it like that. Haven't you felt the feeling of wanting to 'kill' your friend, even though she or he is not doing anything to you. Uhmm.. How can I explain it. The 'kill' word that I'm telling you was not literally killing your friend. Its like an extreme, wanting, catching or drawing attention of your friend. Its like that, you love your friend so much that you want to kill him/her, though not literally and the love thing is different from being lovers. When you watch this video you will definitely understand what I'm saying.

Well, this anime is not that humorous to me. Their gags was not that catchy like "Nichijou" or "Azumangdaioh", but if you love slice-of-life, comedy and cute chibi girls, you will enjoy it. I also don't recommend this to children under age of 7 to 12. If I rate this anime from 1 to 10, I'll give it a 7.

Note: Photos and video is respectfully owned by their real owner. Copyright property is not mine.
